Terms
By scheduling an appointment with ArchAesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Credit Card Requirement
A valid credit card must be provided and securely stored on file in order to book and hold an appointment. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.
2. No Upfront Charges Your card will not be charged unless you fail to show for your appointment as outlined below.
3. No-Show Fee If you do not arrive for your scheduled appointment and do not provide proper notice to cancel or reschedule, you will be considered a no-show and your card on file will be charged a no-show fee of 50% of the service scheduled.
4. Late Arrivals We strive to stay on schedule to respect the time of all our clients. If you arrive less than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule your service to avoid disrupting other scheduled guests.
Clients arriving over 15 minutes late will be considered a missed appointment and may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee in accordance with our booking policy.
In some cases, we may be able to modify or shorten your treatment; however, this cannot be guaranteed and the full service fee may still apply. We kindly ask that you plan to arrive a few minutes early to ensure you receive your full treatment time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
5. Authorization By providing your credit card information, you authorize Arch Aesthetics to charge your card for any applicable no-show or late cancellation fees in accordance with this policy.
6. Email and SMS Communication Consent By providing your email address and phone number, you consent to receive communications from Arch Aesthetics, including appointment reminders, promotional offers, updates, and other marketing messages via email and SMS. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of email communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email. To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP at any time. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of purchase. We respect your privacy and will not share or sell your information to third parties.
7. Policy Changes Arch Aesthetics reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time.
8.Mobile Terms of Service Messages related to your account, orders, services, appointment reminders, marketing and promotional messages may be received. Frequency may vary.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP.” After you send “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe via SMS. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you would like to opt back in, you may sign up again as you did previously.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
