Dr. Joseph Yazdi, MD
Doctor Yazdi is a board-certified neurosurgeon with over 25 years of experience in neurosurgery. His primary interest lies in spinal care and chronic pain management. He also specializes in general pain management involving the spine and joints. With extensive experience utilizing PRP and exosomes in spinal and peripheral joint treatments, it was a natural progression for him to expand his expertise into skincare, rejuvenation, and peripheral neuropathy. As the medical director of Arch Aesthetics his primary motivation is to rejuvenate the skin, just as he has successfully rejuvenated his patients’ spines and joints.
Robin Edelman
Robin is a nurse injector with over 15 years of expertise. She is driven by a passion for helping patients achieve their aesthetic goals, addressing concerns about their appearance, and fostering confidence in their own skin. Robin is committed to delivering exceptional patient care, providing comprehensive education, and supporting informed decision-making regarding treatment plans.
Carrie Dobler
Carrie has 15 years experience in skin care. she earned her degree from the Skin Institute, with a focus on education and advanced medical spa procedures. Her specialty lies in skin rejuvenation through the use of RF microneedling, lasers, and chemical peels. She is committed to creating personalized approaches for each client, pairing at-home skin care regimes with the most advanced treatments to help them achieve their skin care aspirations.
Kenneth Daniels
Kenneth Daniels, CPST/LMT, brings over a decade of hands-on clinical experience to the table. He began his healthcare journey in 2013 as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, with a focus on neuro-rehabilitation, manual therapy, and trigger point work to help clients regain function and relieve pain. In 2019, he earned his massage therapy license from The Healing Arts Center, further deepening his understanding of the body’s recovery processes. Kenneth later became a Certified Plastic Surgery Therapist (CPST) after completing advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage through the Academy of Lymphatic Studies. He also received body contouring certification through Body Guru, allowing him to provide safe, effective sculpting techniques alongside post-surgical care. His unique dual background in rehabilitation and therapeutic massage enables him to deliver results-driven treatments for post-op recovery, body contouring, and chronic conditions like neuropathy- always with a focus on comfort, precision, and healing.

With a warm smile and a passion for wellness, Michelle is the welcoming face of Arch Aesthetics. As Front Desk Coordinator, she ensures every guest feels valued from the moment they walk through the door. With fifteen years Medical Spa experience, Michelle manages scheduling, client communications, and daily operations with grace and efficiency.
