Close-up portrait of a handsome man with a beard in casual attire, smiling warmly.

I used to suffer from chronic lower back pain, whether sitting or walking. At times I even had to use a walker. After my injections with Dr. Yazdi, my pain improved dramatically. I was able to stand up straight, and I regained almost all of my function. I am so happy. This should be signed by A.T. I can give other comments about other body parts as well.

Spine and Joint Pain

Aging discs put stress on the spine, causing pain and even headaches. Our Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and exosome injections target these areas to relieve pain, restore function, and potentially prevent the need for surgery. We also treat joint pain in shoulders, hips, knees, and more—helping patients avoid invasive procedures and regain mobility.

Spine & Joint Pain Treatments:

Spine Pain

The spine is made of three moving parts at each level: the disc in the front and a pair of joints, called facets, posteriorly. As we age, the discs lose their function, which in turn puts more pressure on the facets. The facets are ill-equipped to handle the added pressure. This results in local spine pain. In the cervical spine, it can also cause headaches. By injecting exosomes and PRP into the facets and the muscles attached to them, we strengthen the spine, resulting in significant improvement in pain and function. We perform three injections, each two weeks apart.

We expect significant improvement in symptoms within the first few months. Our high success rate has allowed many to avoid complex and painful spinal surgeries and their associated risks.

Peripheral Joint Pain

Joint pain is usually caused by deterioration within the joint. As the lubricating fluids dissipate, they cause bone-on-bone friction, leading to pain. At other times, the muscles attached to the joints can partially tear, causing pain.

Whether large joints such as shoulders, hips, or knees or medium-sized joints such as elbows, wrists, and ankles, our combination therapy of PRP with exosomes can restore function and decrease pain. Our highly successful treatment program has enabled many to avoid surgeries.
